help plz

I need to move 2 DC motors forward. I have a basic stamp homework board, and it is connected to a Maxi 2 Dual H bridge. I have A1 , A2. connected to the stamp on P0,P1. and B1, B2 on P2,B3. and I have this example programming. I dont really know much bout programming. but how do i make the motors move forward, reverse, left, and right. plz help me with this.

    Do you have seven wires connected as per the diagram in the manual? What is it doing (or not doing)?
