Scribbler Robot - Left wheel not turning - RMA #6197

I sent my Scribbler in under RMA#6197 and have not heard anything back yet.

Could someone look into this and let me know the status?

Do you have a tracking number for your package? The reason I ask is because it doesn’t seem that we have received that RMA as of today. I don't have the receipt/tracking number·anymore and don't think I can track it without it.

If you haven't received it by now, I guess I will just have to order another one.

·Would have liked to have it for parts if nothing else.

I found the receipt but I apparently did not pay for tracking.

It left the Sedro Woolley Post Office on April 08, 2008.

Can you confirm whether or not it has arrived?
