Where is the "Click Here to Enter a Coupon" button.

I just placed and order and wanted to use a coupon, I went through check out twice and couldn't see it. (I didn't double order). am I blind or is it missing?

    if your a member of the Parallax news letter, they occasionally have coupons the one I wanted to use was a 5% off. not that big of a deal but on a $100.00 order they add up.

    I couldn't find the coupon link either. I was going to order today because the coupon would have saved me like $1.10.
