Linux for Propeller , SX and Basic Stamps

Hi,

Only to know if it is possible
to use the Propeller microcontroller , the SX microcontrollers and Basic Stamps
microcontrollers with Linux.

    It's possible, but not seamless. CodeWeavers makes a commercial version of Wine for both the MacOS and Linux called CrossOver that runs both the Propeller IDE and the Stamp Editor. Both generate errors that are recoverable and mostly have to do with navigating directories. I've not had any luck downloading using the Propeller IDE, but programs compile and there's a Python downloader posted here that works with the MacOS and presumably Linux. I haven't tried the SX compiler or SX-Key software with CrossOver, but I suspect it should work.

    There's a set of native Linux tools for the Stamp that I haven't tried, but others use regularly. Check the Stamp software downloads webpage.
