How to open the JPEG image from the hex code?

I have a camera module & I can capture and take the image data in hex value now. For example, FF D8 ..........
But, how can I convert those hex value to be a JPEG image.
Is there any software to do so?
Or need to write a program to do that?
Is there any sample program?
Please help me!!
