This mod is much more advanced then the Penguin with wings! I call it Johnny 2.5
It runs on 9.6 volts, a total of 4 led lights and 4 servos, 1 mini toggle switch, 1 Parallax Gripper kit, the tank tracks and mounts, bolt on to the sides, and are much better in performance then even the Mat Trax, the upper deck bolts on to the top of 1 inch stand offs and the Ping))) bracket bolts on to a standard Futaba servo horn. All my Modifications require no cutting or drilling of any kind to the Parallax Bot at all! They all simply bolt on!

Looks great! Can you tell me where you got the tracks? I want to make mine tracked, but $220 for Lynx tracks is a bit steep for me, and the Tamiya tracks keep falling off of mine when running on carpet...

    Hello ScottH61,
This is the only place I found that sells different size sprockets for the tracks I use, and trust me They will never fall off!!! I am running 8 on the top and 10 on the 2 on the bottom with the Parallax servos, at 9.6 volts and have been running it for 6 months and haven't lost a servo yet or had the tracks come off they cant come come off make sure you give them plenty of slack they dont work well if they are to tight here is the link if you are only running 6 volts with servos you may want to use at least 12 to 14 tooth Sprockets
