Hitt Serial Object

I have been working to get the prop to communicate with the serial port on a commercial Wx product. The Wx controller can be configured to transmit a string similar to the NMEA string on a GPS. I went back and looked at the GPS I/O Full object for ideas since·I had used this object before. I noticed that it uses Hitt's Serial UART Object. I have the object but for the life of me can't find the thread where I found it. I think it would work well for this application. I don't see it on the Object Exchange does anyone have any documentation for this object?
