AM transmitters and recievers

I am working with the AM-RT4-xxx and AM-RT5-xxx (AM Hybrid Transmitter), we are trying to calculate the distance from the reciever to the transmitter, if any one has any idea on what kind of code I should use, please let me know. By the way, thanks Peter the code for the SRF02 worked perfectly.
