Using a Floppy Drive

I have a homework board and I am using it to data log, and I want to use a floppy drive to increase my data capacity because it's cheap and easy to replace, However, I don't know how to connect it or anything. Can anyone help?

Floppy drives require a lot of logic to support. If you just want to do datalogging, try Parallax's Memory Stick Datalogger which uses a USB memory stick for the data which you can read with a PC.
