stamp plot lite connection problem

Hi All,
I am working chapter 7 of whats a microcontroller and everything has worked fine, till now. I cannot connect to the stamp plot lite. The debug terminal shows that I am using COM 5 port. But in the stamp plot this does not show up (only 1 thru 4 are listed) and when I type it in and select 'connect' a window comes up saying that this port is not available. I have tried closing the debug terminal before opening the plot but still the same problem. I am on XP. Any suggestions?????????

Try rebooting your computer and try again. See if that helps. May be some glitch causing the problem.
