IRC chat bot using AIML

Hey, Harrison, Oddbitcollector, or anyone else who wants to answer.....
this is out of my league but I was wondering if the Propeller would be capable of hosting a AIML Chatbot. it has been "ported" to many different platforms.

but basically you have a file(s) that contain answers to preset questions, and a processor that narrows down the best answer based on the question. ....It's just one flavor of many chat bot programs.
the PC version has server commands that will run system programs, tell you the time, bring up Note Pad etc. I think it would be really cool to port this to Spin and be able to talk to a project and control it in a natural language format.
Add text to speech and it will talk back.
any thoughts?
