"PropTerminal" simple manual or syndax?

I am trying to use "PropTerminal" to enable debug type computer monitor output using Propeller. I got the "PropTerminal"down load, but I couldn't have simple explanation. Somehow I couldn't·make the debug window open in computer monitor....does anyone give me simple way to use tip for PropTerminal? I am beginner and want to have step by step instruction wtih examples how to display varialbles, comments,...with sytax. when I down load files, I could run exe file, and it seems to show empty window in my monitor....but, when I try line debug in my program...nothing happened.
Any help will be appreciated.

first of all did you download the file ?

inside this zipfile there is a readme and democode of how to use it
the other file contains only the newest exe-file


takea look at it and if you have more questions feel free to ask again
