Trig Functions

I need to use some basic trig functions in an application for the prop. I've seen references to the prop having it's own internal sine tables, but can't find out how to do it. I've taken Calculus and know that I can use a taylor series to appoximate sine/cosine, but I imagine this would be fairly CPU intensive if I need to calculate it 1000 times a second or so...

There's a document "Propeller Guts" in Graham Stabler's Good Thread Index (here: http://forums.parallax.com/showthread.php?p=663638). This shows how to use the various ROM tables. There's also an excellent floating point library downloadable from the Object Exchange that has trig functions. There's a manual included that has timings.
