One wire, NOT I2C parasitic power mode?

Has anyone got parasitic power mode working with a Prop? Or with a Stamp for that matter? I'm trying to use a Dallas WS-1 weather station.

Thanks!

One wire is not the same as I2C. One wire supplies current to devices by making the communication protocol so that the low state only occurs for brief periods allowing a capacitor in the device to provide power during those low periods. The application note covering this is avalible from Dallas' website: http://www.maxim-ic.com/appnotes.cfm/an_pk/147

Sorry, I meant one wire, just a brain typo.

I've been trying to get it going from the app. note, I just haven't been successful. I'm not sure where I am going wrong, so I was hoping someone smarter than me had tackled it. I'll get it eventually though.

    Thanks for the help!
