Hi all,·I would like to give a try to build a device for blind people that using Ping))) sensor to detect the object infront and when the signal bounds back, the vibration motor(2.3-3.3v)keeps vibrating until the road is clear. In this case in gona to use 2 vibration motor to indicate left or right. Can any one give an idea on how to design the circuit and how to control the vibration motor using Stamps In Class.Thank you very much.

Download the Industrial Control tutorial. You'll find it by clicking on the Resources tab on the main Parallax webpage, then choosing Downloads, then Stamps in Class Downloads. This tutorial has a section around page 90 that discusses controlling small motors, relays, and solenoids with a Stamp using a transistor, diode, and resistor.
