Seriously though, why don't you tell us what you understand about both these devices, what you've done to learn so far, and what problems you are having in making it happen. People here are much happier answering specific questions than "tell me how's".
Stamp Works has an experiment for moving a standard servo using a potentiometer. It would be little work to replace the potentiometer with a photo-resistor and another resistor and scale the readings for that configuration.
