Is anyone writing a code profiler for Spin or Asm?

I have noticed some threads that concern execution time and efficiency.
A good code profiler would do go a long ways to answering some of these questions.
I have used them in my professional work with Microsoft, IBM, and other vendor's compilers.
Any takers? If not, I'm going to have to write it myself.
