Trouble installing on windows 2000

I'm trying to install the stamp editor on windows 2000 for my son (version2.4) and I get error 1155. The install shield is looking for file

INSTMSIW.exe

In;

...\Local Settings\Tomporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\....

Can anyone help?

Mike,

I think when I did the install on my old W2000 machine, I had to update the file which is a Microsoft installer.

Just Google INSTMSIW.EXE and I think it will point you to the proper Microsft site.

If its a simpler solution, I am sure someone will jump in!
