Nokia 3300 display.

I butchered an old nokia of mine and found this display... And i tried to bring it to life with an pinout i found on the web, but i suspect the schematic is wrong since the backlight wont even lit up, or is the backlight somehow·software·activated? anyway, i downloaded some files used by you guys to use the sparkfun nokia knockoff but clearly thats not the same lcd i have..

the files edited by jkroylance.. with the SPI Engine..

but as i sed, the damn backlight wont even lit up, nor does the lcd itself show even the smallest reaction to the data send from the prop..

bottom line, has anyone tweaked with this typ of lcd? or any ideas?· ive attached some pics on my lcd if it would help.

This is a little bit confusing: the 3310 and 3330 should contain a 84 x 48 B/W glass disdplay. I connected one of them many years ago to an Atmel AVR with little problem, but it looked different from your pictures...
It has no bg lighting of course

But i didnt say 3310 nor 3330, the topic reads 3300. =P

the 3300 have a color lcd..with integrated backlight..

I get some stuff printed on the display, i dont know if it is suppose to look like it does but...

but still no backlight..
