Hi everyone,

Just wondering if the Parallax LCD modules will work with the 3.3v from the propeller.
I couldn't find anything about min/max voltages in the LCD module's manual.

Thank you smile.gif

Doesn't say anything about min/max voltages, but it does say it takes 5 volts. It will work with the propeller anyway. Why did you want to know? Would it be to avoid the extra regulator?

Update: I checked and it does not work with 3.3 volts.

Ok I will elaborate on my question.

Will the Parallax LCD work with 3.3v logic levels?

I will have it running from 5V.

However I need to know if I need extra circuitry to interface it to the prop.

    Thank you smile.gif

You do not need any extra circuitry to interface the display with the prop. It should work fine. I have one that works wonderfully for me.
