SumBot: Maze Solver
So, I'm a new member to the forums though I've skimmed through some posts on the SumoBot, mostly for IR sensors for the first competition we had in my RoboWargames class this semester. Well, the basic sumo matches weren't too difficult and I managed to come up with some pretty good modifications when we were allowed to mod them to our liking, as long as it didn't exceed the footprint. And my professor said I had the best mods in the class, which made me feel special being the only girl in the class/major. ^.^ Though, I do seem to run into problems when it comes to my code. :S
So I'm just looking for some pointers for my next competition. We're doing a maze solver this time and we've gone over some algorithms in class such as: Pledge, Bellman-Ford, and Random Mouse. I have a basic understanding of these but if anyone had any helpful tips, it would be greatly appreciated. Maybe there's another way to go about it that I should look into, just something like that would be helpful. Thanks for your time! =]
