Input time value for Klock, via Keyboard or I/O !

Hello !
I tried to adjust the time, and do it by Input by Buttons, but get no result, and also with a keyboard, with out a nice result.
I'm a novice, can enybody give me a wink how i done this. ??
I would like to Hold the time and adjust the (Timer.Set) HH MM SEC, and then start the Klock. and Finito....but i did not get it done like i wanted..
for eg. with a Button for Hold the Time (Timer.hold) and one for hh and one for MM and one for SEC, and press Hold button once more
and then starts the klock (Timer.run)
