Hi

Do you know why there is a Rev G for the BS2 module
and the Basic Stamp 2 SX OEM has a Rev A only?

Do you have a new Rev for the BS2-SX OEM ,
or a new schematic for this OEM module ?

Thanks, Joe

    Joe -

One simple reason is that the Stamp BS-2 has been around for a good deal longer than the Stamp BS-2SX. Another reason may be that they have different underlying processors. The BS-2 uses a PIC and the BS-2SX uses a Ubicom processor.

Another thing is that the revisions sometimes have less to do with changes in the processor or interpreter and more to do with changes in the manufacturing process or in substituting parts like the brown-out detector that may result in better performance in certain circumstances.
