having problems installing pbasic editor for windows

I have down loaded the editor for windows 98 and when I try to install I get 1155 file c:\mydocuments\bs2\Instmisia.exe not found. I was woundering if any one got any ideas on whats happening here.

instmsia is the microsoft installer package. The 'smaller' install does not include it. Download the larger version.

Do you know where I can get the larger package? Ive tried both of the down loads on the web site and get the same thing.

I found what I had to do I googled Instmsia.exe and found the down load i needed on the windows web site.
