Need help finding character designer web page

Within the past month or so there was a series of posts about a web page that let you click check-boxes to design a character, and then output the code (don't remember for which chip) that represented the bitmap of that character. I've searched high and low and can't find the discussion. Does anyone have a link to the discussion or the web page?

Sorry but I could not find the original post either. It's·by Zoot if that is any help. If you meant instead an LCD Character designer http://www.geocities.com/dinceraydin/lcd/charcalc.htm·is just one that I found quickly.
