Does anybody have any experience with a Lithium Ion Battery preferred chargable·(real·thin and·flat) ... about 1/2 size of the
BS2 carrier board?

You might take a look at RC plane websites. Size and weight are crucial there — especially for RC gliders. Also, all-battery.com has some pretty tiny cells.
