Need some help with Bs2, psc and pic control

I was looking around the web when i saw that crust crawlers used pic's to control their PSC servo controllers. My first question is their a simple way to take a motion file built in the psc control software for a biped and input it into the psc through a pic controller? They use preset variables and stuff i don't understand. Also can I program a pic through a bs2 and if so how do i do it??? Thanks for any help yous can offer.
