I Need with the same pulser for In1, than outs 3 y 4 be high level(3) and low level (4) an its maintain that state until pulser be presioned again, when pulser be presioned again the states of the outs must change. 3 must be low level and 4 high level and its must maintain state until new order(aplication like Flip/Flop)

Start by downloading and reading some manuals from the Parallax website (www.parallax.com/Education/ProductInformation/StampsInClassTutorials/tabid/535/Default.aspx). There are versions in a variety of languages including Spanish.

You need "What's a Microcontroller?", "BASIC Stamp 2 Manual", and "StampWorks". The others listed may be useful for later projects.
These books have explanations, circuits, and sample programs for the sort of things you want to do.
