I've posted on the Prop forum about a new device I am about to launch and would welcome some feedback from you guys.
It is a serial or 10 bit databus) driven TV Video generator NTSC or PAL with a multitude of video modes from text only to bitmaps with sprites.
It runs of 3V3 or 5V.

I don't mean to seem rude... but I think this should have been posted in Completed Projects instead of cross-posting it everywhere else.

Seems very Applicable to me, as will be usable across the range of devices they created the postings in. I would see this as more of an announcement really. The possibilities (I personally believe) will have some good impacts on getting video out of even tiny 8 Pin PIC chips. Surely this might also be relevant to the Basic Stamp user, and hence I feel the original posting made
    was very informative.

I think they have done a great job on working all this out.

    Regards

    Mike.

No offence taken, but you may notice that I am asking for your feedback and I did mention that i have posted elsewhere, not everyone will look in the completed projects forum , I am simply trying to gather some feedback.

Sorry but I simply seem to have fallen foul of forum 'Etiquette'

I'm in the UK too, I might just take you up on that when they are ready for release!

    Coley,

PJ Allen is correct. The Completed Projects Forum would have been more appropriate. That forum covers all products. Cross-posting is not allowed. Normally I would move the threads to the appropriate location but now there are too many with too many replies. In the future please post only once in the appropriate forum.

    Chris,

Whilst I respect your decision and in future I won't 'cross post' , I clearly referenced my original post that I had already done in the propeller forum, merely indicating to the readers of this forum that there was something there that may be of interest to them.

As there was little interest from the propeller forum I thought that this would maybe be of more interest to users of Basic Stamp and SX.

My intention was not to start multiple threads on one subject but to draw users attention to the post in the Propeller forum and I still cannot see what is wrong with that.

I feel like the child who's kicked his ball into next door's garden and is now being chastised for asking for it back! lol

Please remove this thread, I had no intention to stir up a hornet's nest in the first place.

    Coley,

The post was only meant to be informative for both you and other forums members. Once there have been replies we cannot easily move or remove them. Don’t worry about it. Your device looks useful and perhaps you will get some business. Take care.
