uOLED 96 Prop and SD Code

I recently got my shiny new uOLED 96 prop. It's great. Unfortunately, I haven't figured out how to make it read from the micro-SD card. I tried the examples in the Object Exchange, but they didn't work.

Does anyone have some example code of reading a file off the micro-SD card in the uOLED 96 prop?

Thank you, but that thread also does not have a satisfactory answer. The OP still cannot read his SD card (after the first 256 bytes).
