i make a program in my basic stamp educational board when I disconnect power supply the program is deleted...how may I save my program in basic stamp memory? or what instructions i should make to save in memory and run many times.

When you download and run your program it is stored in the stamps memory and does not go away. If you are talking about the code you write and modify in the stamp editor just go to file save and give it a place and name to save.
