COUNT from "basic" to "spin"?

··· I need to "COUNT" the pulses from a HALL-EF. sencer(s).
·I,m new to the Popeller and I'm struggling.

The propeller doesn't have a "COUNT" command. There is an object in the object exchange that provides a lot of commands from the BS2 but I'm not sure if this is in it. You can do what you want using the counters though. They have a mode which will count positive or negative edges.
