Adding a fifth 1.5 Bat. to Boe-Bot

What do I need to add more power to my Boe-Bot?· What would be the schematic to add another AA?
Will I do any damage?· I am running Ping and would like to increase my run time if possible.··I have a single AA cell holder already.· Thanks·

Add it in series with the other batteries. Red out of four battery holder to black of the new holder and the red from the new holder to the spot where you removed the original red wire.

I understand that you a have a battery holder, however, we have a new battery holder that fits into place
with the current battery pack and it is only $4.95 (Boe-Boost Module).· Here is a link for more information:·

This will allow you to use rechargeable batteries.

Thanks· I have already soldered one into my unit.· Worked real good.· I am glad I can now use re-chargeables.
