Rick Miu sent in the following:
"To be or not to be... that is the question."
·
The answer is 0xff
since: 0x2b | ~0x2b = 0xff
·
The phrase "to be, or not to be" comes from William Shakespeare's Hamlet, Prince of Denmark, Act III, scene I. It is arguably one of the most famous quotations in world literature.

Binary logic defines true as not false and since false is expressed as 0x00 in 8 bit systems, true is 0xff, therefore the answer of "to be or not to be" is true. smile.gif

But, if the answer to everything is 101010, what is the true question?

    What is the 'true question'?
    Life itself is.
Daily I am left pondering what is next and always surprised.
