A simple, simple serial issue.
I have this little project, which is a public domain GPS system based on Parallax's GPS unit and a 4D uoled display. The uoled is the 96, which has a uSD card and a Prop built right into the display... really slick... tiniest development platform on the planet.

The proto prototype works, but it always writes to the same file... So, every time you start your car, it starts recording data to that file... which isn't very slick. Is it?
I am using Tomas Rokiki's SD objects from the exchange... and it all works fine. I know how to create a new file and I think I know how to delete a file... that's not the problem. The problem is that after I delete a file, to Rockiki's object it is gone, but when I put the SD card into my computer, it still comes up in the directory.
I can work around this... but if I am doing something wrong I want to fix it...
... am I doing something wrong?

I've been able to create and delete microSD card files using the FemtoBasic for the uOLED-96-Prop Basic. Try that on you system just to see what happens when you put the card in the PC.
