I tried searching the various forums but can't find the following:

Does anyone know where I can get the data sheet for GM power window motors?· I know they're 12V but am not sure what the current requirements are.

Thanks, in advance, for any help.

Most automotive applications such as power windows use a circuit breaker(~20-25amp) that automatically resets when it cools off.
One way would be to put your motor under a load and measure the current draw with an inductive amp(clamp) meter because your motor may draw more than a dvom based amp meter could handle. My fluke77 can handle 10amps max before the fuse blows and it has to be wired in series with the load in order to measure the load.
The closest to a data sheet would be an oem service manual of the vehicle that your motor came from, chassis electrical would be a good place to start. hope this helps.
