ADC0820 and a LM34D

I have an ADC0820, which is 8-bit, Datasheet Here ... and I have a LM34D temperature sensor (analog).
The object exchange for the LM34D uses a single DO pin on the ADC used, whereas my ADC0820 has DB0-DB7... and elsewhere on these forums other different ADC styles are used.
How would I hook up the LM34D to the ADC so that I may monitor the temperature readings with the Prop?
