Prop proto board and NTSC video generator

I soldered the 3 resistors and the RCA jack onto pins 31, 30, 29.. Spin cannot detect the prop. I unsoldered the resistors and jack, and it can be detected. I just noticed in the proto board schematics that the prop plug uses these pins. Is it then impossible to use these pins for the NTSC video generator? If i have to I will unsolder and use pins 28-26, but I rather save myself the trouble.

You can't use 28 either, as that's one of the i2c pins for the eeprom.
Try 12-15 as most of the proto board demos use those pins for tv.
Baggers.
1k, 470R, 220R or something similar
You can use any multiple of 4 except for the last 4 I/O pins (28-31). If you want to use the highest group, you could use 24-26. In that group, pin 27 can be used for either audio in broadcast mode or S-video output in video mode (or used for something else entirely).
