Interfacing PIC to a ce

Hello guys!

I need help! I had interfaced my PIC16F88 together with my cellphone(T290i sony ericson) and LCD.·My objective on this is that I'd like to retrive a messages(SMS) to my cellphone with the use of AT commands and display it to my LCD. First, I·had·succesfully retrieve a message from cellphone·to PIC this is easy, but when I send·the retrieved·data(SMS) to the LCD, this is·the problem; I cant display the retrieved message to·the·LCD. Is somebody here had gone·to this?··

    There are many kinds of LCDs, serial and parallel and each requires different interfacing. Also, keep in mind that this is a Parallax support forum and there's little if any help we can give you about the PIC16F88 end of things. Unless the LCD is a Parallax product or similar to a Parallax product, they may be little we can do for you as well. That said, what kind of LCD do you have?

    I have experience in using LCDs both text based and graphical. Recently made a hangman game on the graphical LCD. I can send you the sample code and proteus simulation. You can use them as reference.

    Also I own an ericsson t290i and we are currently doing our PIC microcontroller project. I would really like to get some information about controlling the mobile using a microcontroller.
