Boe Bot USB connection on Mac?

I'm sure this is a silly question - will someone please help me anyway? How do I get my mac to recognize my Boe bot? He's hooked up to a USB connection - I have no serial ports. OS is Leopard.

Thanks for your help!

You just have to install the proper drivers. Go to FTDI's website and locate the proper driver for your system (PowerPC vs. Intel), then download and install it. I use a MacBook and have used PowerBooks with FTDI's USB to serial adapters (used by Parallax) without problems.

You want the VCP (virtual com port) driver: www.ftdichip.com/FTDrivers.htm

I assume you plan to use MacBS2. This won't work with the BS2px, but works with all other BS2 models.

    Hello.

I use a MAC for my projects (however, as Mike said, it isn't possible with BS2px).
Chek this link for more details (virtual USB-COM drivers):
