Broken PWM

I downloaded the pwmASM file from the object exchange and it works great. I'm just having trouble trying to change the frequency on the fly. I can change the dutycycle fairly well, but the freq. is screwed up. I want to have an external source change the frequency for testing purposes but I don't want to have to stop the cog, restart with the new fequency. Sooo... Want to have a look at the file? I've attached it. Feedback welcome.
