Flow sensor/transducer options?

Hi All,

Still trucking along on my friends radiant floor heating system. Now what I am looking for is a reasoanbly priced (hope for < $100US) flow sensor.

Specs: For water, temp. under 100 degrees F, flow rate 0-20 GPM. 0-5VDC out would be nice, but whatever. I can't seem to find anything that fits this bill. Any suggestions?

While were on the subject, I need a gasoline fuel flow sensor. Grainger shows nothing but I guess I don't use the correct terms "gasoline sensor returns nothing"
