Penguinese is a new and highly useful language, spoken by Penguin
robots, giving capability of reporting, through spoken speech,
such as battery conditions, voltages, moods, data, environment
conditions, directions, and technical information.
Expanding on 20 base words (not counting numbers), Penguinese has
a total of 86 words and expressions.
Use Penguinese not only for Penguin robots speaking, but also
for writing. The system of writing is made up of simple base 10
decimal numbers representing words, expressions and numbers.
This is easy to write and understand by both robots and humans.
Language expansion is entirely possible
with two additional sets of Penguinese lexicons found in the
Virtual Sound Chip Library, and the Penguin Sound Library. This
brings the total number of possible vocalizations up to 141.
The language is very capable with 16 reporting divisions that
widely vary from numbers to emotions.
