Securing code to be unique to a prop?

Has anyone out there implemented a method to protect data written to eeprom?
I would love to have a 1-wire id only connected to the prop, read the loader code from the eeprom, then with the 64 bit id from the 1-wire device decode and load a program stored on an SD card.
Anyone else ever had such a thought? Possible?
