Activity Board WX and 2 channel relay

I am considering this: http://www.winford.com/products/rly102.php, a 2 channel relay board for my window sill solar project. The problem that I see is that the channel board requires 5V TTL, but the Activity Board pins are 3.3V, correct? Is there a way to make this combination work, or does somebody know of a 3.3V 2 channel relay board. I would prefer to purchase a product that is here in the USA, as opposed to getting something from China.

It doesn't look like you would have a problem driving this with a Propeller, the transistors are not marked, but they are probably a common type for this purpose. But the price is high for what it is. If you could find the relays that suits your needs, the rest is easy enough to construct on a perf board.
