Sticky threads getting in the way

The attached image shows the initial view of the propeller forum as of today. Short of buying a bigger screen, is there any way to filter sticky threads? Having to scroll down to actually see new stuff is just silly.

This is a (presumably temporary) result of the merge with the Hydra forum. Parallax is aware of the issue.
