Most of us don't have bidets. Faucets are more common. In my truck I always have battery cables, tire plugs, tire inflator and a plastic soda bottle. (You have to figure that out.)
Is PJ trying to demonstrate that this forum is an:
incestuous, moribund echo chamber of insanity.
as he stated on another thread?
If so I should quote one of my good friends who likes to day "You get what you order" or another friend who has "Life is a mirror" or both.
Or has PJ proved that we can work electronics and programming and especially the Propeller into any conversation whatever the subject.
I think we did very well:)
In my voyage around this planet and visits to many countries I have only seen one house with a bidet. In England strangely enough. They kept pots of flowers in that one.
Actually the question should be what is the best buy on toilet paper...
I like the 1000 sheets per roll because it lasts longer. But is that the best buy?
In some grocery stores, they have the price per ounce listed on shelf labels for food. You can clearly see what will give you the most food for you dollar...
...But they don't do this with paper products! Perhaps the best buy would be price per ounce?
Then there is another consideration. It seems to me there are some "shenanigans" when it comes to toilet paper. Some brands are quite "slick" and are not efficient at "getting the job done". You wind up using more due to the slickness of the paper.
I don't know how you would measure the "slickness" of toilet paper? They do have "tractor pulls" where more and more weight is added as a "sledge" is pulled forward. This places more resistance on the pulling effort.
Perhaps that process could be reversed and just a known pulling force applied? Then the difference would be with the friction of the paper in question.
And I suppose you could integrate a Propeller into the testing process.
Then you would have a...

And the testing specifications I suppose would be the...

That way, when I'm working with Propeller chips at the same time, I don't risk zapping a pin or two.
As my father in law used to say "In the army we were told to use only use 3 sheets, one up, one down, and one to polish".

Remind any old Blighty dwellers here of their school days?
Thing is, it's really good for doodling schematics on whilst you are busy...well you know.
And when you happen to not have a pencil or pen, you can always execute schematics in origami. Some of my best ideas end up expressed in Charmin.
(For the record, real people use bidets!)

Toilet paper, you'll be lucky, we are in the sand box now:)

Real people finish up with a fresh baby-wipe :-)
I'm certain erco has a supply at hand and could give it a try and let you all know.
