I tried to upload some "typical images" for a project. The size limit was so low that I could not even zip them and upload them. Is it possible these limits be revisited?
Phil identified a limitation of the post size (10K) that has just been increased to 50K characters. The limits on images are set per individual file extension type and the dimensions of the image - right now all images are limited to 600 x 420 pixels. We can make some adjustments to these settings but we need to know what file type and file size is not working for you.

Hi Jim Ewald
If You increase/add extentions CAN You change that even in Manage attachments list?
800 x 800 would not be unreasonable for all images, and will allow an 800x600 image to be rotated. I do like having the width limit, because it will prevent the invocation of horizontal scrolling on most desktop and laptop screens. The byte limit on all attachments needs to be increased by a lot. Also, I'm not sure this still happens, but having large GIFs and PNGs revert to more compact JPGs is not a good idea, since these formats are usually used for diagrams and JPGs for photos. When a diagram or chart is compressed JPG-style, it looks really crappy.
