None of the old links are working

I read a thread that said the old forums were still functioning as a backup to this one. But none of my links for SX code examples work in either version. Are they gone?

Logging in was a real pain too.

    Bill, the old threads are at forums.parallaxinc.com

    Due to the domain change the links may not work their either

    I'm sure we'll get a solution shortly

    The solution is to put the old forum back on the old URL. Then all the links within the forum work and all the links from the outside internet into the forum work.

    Put the new forum on a new URL.

    Agreed. Of all of the issues with the new forum, the domain switch is the one I would say needs to be a high priority. You may be able to band-aid the links within the forums, but if the old links cannot work automatically to the new forums, then all other links on the internet to the forums are now defunct.

    This means:
    • My website now needs to be updated
    • All my posts on other forums that link to things here have to be updated.
    • Documents with links have to be updated
    • Emails I have sent with links to the forums won't work.
    • etc, etc
    My guess is that there is a fix for this, but only time will tell......

    When will the transfer be complete? and all the old links repaired?
