BOEn needs to pull high on Prop2 for a Prop to Prop connection?

Hi All,
May I know if you need to pull high the BOEn if I'm loading a firmware from another Prop? Sorry if this was asked before. Thanks.

    Tying it to Vss (ground) works just fine (no issues here between Demoboard/RAMBlade and SpinStudio/M-Module(s)).
